Kids Klub meets on Wednesday nights with an average attendance of about 14 kids. Kids from age 4 through 6th grade are welcome Lori Ozasa and Evelyn Nearhood, as well as Carol and Rhaquel Hughey take turns teaching every other quarter. In October Bethany Hollander took over for Evelyn Nearhood. As has been the theme for the past few years, the lessons are based on the children's Sunday School memory work. The kids are divided into two groups based on the catechisms they learn in Sunday School. The younger class reviews the First Catechism, and the older class reviews the Westminster Shorter Catechism. Kids Klub usually includes a time of taking prayer requests, praying together, listening to a lesson, memorizing and reciting the catechisms, and ending the night with games and/or a craft. At the end of the quarter the kids celebrate their hard work with an ice cream party. Thank you for your continued prayers for this ministry and the children of our church.
