This Week's Memory Work: First Catechism Questions:
FC 122 – How many sacraments are there? Two.
FC 123 – What are they called? Baptism and the Lord's Supper.
FC 124 – Who appointed these sacraments? The Lord Jesus Christ.
FC 125 – Why did Christ appoint these sacraments? To mark us off from the world, and to give us comfort and strength.
Shorter Catechism Questions:
WSC 103 – What do we pray for in the third petition? In the third petition, which is, Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven, we pray that God, by his grace, would make us able and willing to know, obey, and submit to his will in all things, as the angels do in heaven.
