This Week's Memory Work:  First Catechism Questions: FC 46 – Did Jesus ever sin? No – he lived a sinless life.  FC 47 – How could the Son of God suffer? The Son of God became a man so that he could obey and suffer.  FC 48 – For whom did Christ obey and suffer? For all who were given to him by the Father. Shorter Catechism Questions:  WSC 33 – What is justification? Justification is an act of God's free grace, wherein he pardons all our sins, and accepts us as righteous in His sight, only for the righteousness of Christ imputed to us, and received by faith alone.
